The Imperial Mailbox # 311 is one of our most popular traditional looking mailboxes we sell.

We’ve been selling Imperial Mailboxes since the early 1990’s. We have probably installed hundreds of Imperial Mailbox Systems here on Long Island. They originate from a small family owned factory in Alabama. They have been supplying mailboxes, posts, street lamps, and other site amenities for many years.

Another benefit of Imperial Mailboxes is that they are made and finished here in the USA.  The finishes are excellent and no mailboxes we sell hold paint better than Imperial Mailboxes. I recently saw about 25 Imperial Mailbox units that we installed in the same development about 10 years ago. Those mailboxes have held up remarkably well.

This is the 311 unit.  The 3-1-1 equals: The #3 Mailbox Post + #1 Sign Plate + #1 Mailbox.

The #1 sign plate is included.  It fits up to 2″ numbers.  You can upgrade to the #3 sign plate that fits 3″ numbers (+$19). You can leave the sign plate blank or add the factory supplied polished brass numbers. We offer the 2″ and 3″ brass numbers at the same low add-on price.

Available almond, black, bronze, brown, grey, and dark green for $379.00.

DIMENSIONS:

Mailboxes:  Interior dimensions of the mailbox are 7″ wide x 8″ high x 19″ deep.  The mailbox door has a ring pull instead of a knob.
Post:  The post is approximately 76″ tall to allow approx 18″ below ground and 58″ above ground.
