The # 611 Imperial Mailbox, Sign, and post is a long standing customer favorite. It’s made from cast aluminum and is available in the eight standard Imperial mailbox colors.

Description
Very easy assembly and installation. Like all Imperial Mailboxes, the 611 is a direct-burial unit. The mailbox attaches to the post with just four screws, then just dig a hole and plant the post in the ground.
We’ve been selling mailboxes since the early 1990’s and Imperial was one of our first suppliers. We’ve sold hundreds of their mailboxes and posts. The finishes are excellent and probably nothing holds paint better than Imperial Mailboxes. They are painted here in the US at the Alabama-based factory

The #1 sign plate is included. It fits up to 2″ numbers. You can upgrade to the #3 sign plate that fits 3″ numbers (+$19). You can leave the sign plate blank or add the factory supplied polished brass numbers. We offer the 2″ and 3″ brass numbers at the same low add-on price.

Mailboxes:Â Â Interior dimensions of the mailbox are 7″ wide x 8″ high x 19″ deep.
Post:Â The post is approximately 84″ tall to allow approx 24″ below ground and 60″ above to meet postal regulations.
