ORDER STATUS / UPDATES / INVENTORY INQURIES:
If you have an existing order, please e-mail us with your order number and name on the order. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an update. If you’re asking to be notified about a back-ordered product, please fill out the form below and tell us the name of the product you’re interested in.
BUG Report – Something not working?:
Websites can be very temperamental. There’s many moving parts and occasionally a “conflict” between two parts can break the site from working perfectly. If you see something – say something. We appreciate the “heads-up” so we can work on a fix.
RETURNS:
We drop-ship products from factory warehouses around the country. There’s no one location for returns. Please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) and the return address for your specific products. More information about RETURNS can be found in FAQ in the main menu.
INSTALLATIONS:
We no longer offer an installation service either locally or anywhere else. If you have a landscaper, they’d be the first person to ask. Otherwise anyone who advertises handyperson services… or maybe you could ask a handy relative, neighbor, or friend.
