Whitehall Standard Mailbox Package

Description

The Whitehall Standard Mailbox Package includes the Whitehall Mailbox and the basic top-mounted Standard Mailbox Post.  There are optional side panel address plaques available as add-ons.  There are other sign options available from the links below, as well as other accessories such as post cuffs and locking inserts for mail security.

The Whitehall Mailbox and Superior Post are both made from cast aluminum.  When you select the color (Black, Bronze, Green, or White), both the mailbox and post will be the same matching color.

If you add side signs, choose from the following lettering combinations:

Black with Gold
Bronze with Gold
Green with Gold
White with Gold

This mailbox and post package is very easy to assemble and install.  You will need an 5-6′ foot long 4×4 treated wood post.  This wood core post is what slides into the vertical metal post and extends out the bottom for approx 20-24″ into the ground.  The mailbox itself attaches to the top of post with just one screw (included).

If you purchase side signs, they are delivered unattached to the mailbox.  If you purchase one side sign, it can be installed on either side of the mailbox.

The mailbox outside dimensions:  9.5″ wide x 13″ high x 20.25″ deep
The mailbox inside dimensions:  8.75″ wide x 11″ high x 19.5″ deep.

The metal standard post stands approx 40″ tall.  Once it slips over the 60″ wood core the overall height of the post would be 60″.  With 20″ below ground, there will be 40″ of painted metal post above ground (adjustable to be lower by a few inches simply by digging a deeper hole).
