Description
This is a wood or vinyl mailbox post bracket. It measures approximately 13″ x 13″ and is available in raw cedar or rot-free white vinyl.
We sell this bracket as a replacement for many mailbox posts brackets, including wood or vinyl mailbox posts made by Walpole Woodworkers (although these items are not made by Walpole). It’s not exactly what Walpole makes… but it should be close enough to meet your needs.
The raw wood bracket is made from Western Red Cedar which has color variations from light to dark. They are hand-cut with a routed front edge. We try to minimize the amount of knots in the brackets, but as someone once said… “we can’t take out what God puts in”.
This same bracket is available from a rot-free vinyl material similar to Azek. It gets a coat of paint to give the bracket a nice consistent white color.
Includes 2 attachment screws for mounting this wood bracket to most mailbox posts.
