Mailbox Post Add-on:
There is an optional 43″ long Standard Mailbox Post available. It’s a 4″ square tube that can have approximately 12″ sunk into a bed of concrete. The interior of the square post is large enough to fit a treated wood 4×4. If you insert a wood 4×4, you can just dig a deeper hole and plant the post without concrete (or maybe just a little bit to make it solid).
