These aluminum Deluxe Mailbox Posts match up with our MB4850, and MB4855 aluminum mailboxes (available separately).  Available in 8 colors.

The mailbox sits side-saddle as shown in the photos.

• Made of heavy duty aluminum
• Feature a durable powder coated finish available in black, bronze, sandstone, and white
• Dimensions:  Post is 4″ square – 25″ Wide – 81″ tall (allows for approx 24″ below ground).
• 1-sided deluxe mailbox posts include a 14″ W x 3-1/2″ D x 3-1/2″ H arm
• This is a direct burial post.  Dig a hole and plant the post.
• Minor assembly is required

Aluminum is the preferred material for mailboxes and mailbox posts because it does not rust or rot with time and they can be repainted when needed at sometime in the future.

We sell this post to match-up with our mailboxes MB4550, MB4850, and MB4855.  The post “arm” where the mailbox sits is essentially a flat surface with threaded holes that line-up with the aforementioned mailboxes.  If you’re handy, you might be able to use those threaded holes for mounting other mailboxes, or you’ll need to drill and tap new threaded holes.

Mailboxes and newspaper holders are not included, but are available as add-ons (See links below).  If you purchase one of these mailbox posts, along with one of the matching mailboxes, you will be very happy with your purchase.
